Wutai, the Exotic City, is known as a hub for trade between the Conerian continent and the lands to the east. Within the small village are several wonders including famous Mount Da-Chao, the Pagoda of the Five Mighty Gods, and the Turtle's Paradise Tavern. While the city is home to the Kisaragi ninja clan and focuses many of its products toward its ninja populace, there are also esoteric items of magic and even good luck charms. Perhaps this is why it has become a popular tourist destination in recent years.

Wutai has an Inn, Bank, Tavern, Questmaster, General Store, Weapon Shop, Armor Shop, and Potion Shop
