This legendary Al Bhed workshop is said to have been the birthplace of item synthesis, the process of combining two items to create a new item. Whether or not this rumor is true, none can say, but if one were interested in learning the art of synthesis, this would be a good place to start.

This building is not known to be found in any place on Ivalice. Thousands of explorers have searched, but only a single person has ever found it - and he claims that it was science, not exploration, that got him there.
